Question. I am currently using an estate agent. Can I still advertise with you?
Answer. As we are an advertiser and not an estate agent there is no conflict with the agreement you have with your estate agent. Under a standard sole agency agreement, you would NOT have to pay any commission to an estate agent if you find your own buyer private. This is the same as advertising your property in the local newspaper.You only have to pay them commission if they introduce a buyer to you or sell your property.
Question. Should I tell my estate agent?
Answer. This is totally up to you. By telling your estate agent that you are advertising your property, they may work harder to sell your property and get the commission. This may mean that you sell your property quicker but it will also mean you pay them the commission.
Question. Do I need to use an estate agent?
Answer. You don’t legally need to use an estate agent to sell your property. They do provide you with many valuable services such as valuations, holding property keys on the day of completion and liasing with buyers and solicitors etc, but we feel that you these services can be performed by you.
Question. How do I value my property?
Answer. Look in the local newspapers and speak to friends who have sold properties near you. Don’t be tempted to put the price to high. Remember to put a fair price on your property. You can always change it

Answer. No, we never sell any of your details to any other website. We wouldn’t want our details sold so we won’t do it to you
